It is a project that promotes grassroots participation in governance by building the capacity of people in rural and urban poor communities to hold their government accountable to their responsibilities to the people especially in the areas of provision of necessary social amenities like road, education, water, healthcare and avenues for sustainable livelihoods. The project is part of a subgrant of Centre for Information Technology [CITAD] funded by MacArthur Foundation.
